Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will engage with and call prospective clients,



understand their real estate needs and present suitable property and service offerings across Square Yards’ portfolio. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end sales cycles, conducting property consultations and site visits, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth transactions and an excellent customer experience. The Sales Executive will also track market trends, build long-term relationships with clients, and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complete deal cycles and meet or exceed targets.
