In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential B2 B prospects to support our sales pipeline and business growth initiatives. You will work closely with the Sales team to generate high-quality opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic prospecting and outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential B2 B prospects aligned with The Guild's products and services Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through online research, databases, professional networks, and digital channels Initiate outreach through Linked In, email campaigns,



and other relevant platforms Engage with prospective clients and assess their business needs and fit Schedule qualified meetings and hand over opportunities to the Sales team Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture prospects through the sales funnel Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders cto support lead generation and business development initiatives What We're Looking For2–3 years of experience in B2 B lead generation, inside sales, outbound prospecting, or business development Strong research and prospect identification capabilities Tele sales and tele outbound prospecting is essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers Target-driven mindset with solid ownership and follow-through Experience using Linked In, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Background Candidates from the following industries will be preferred: Media & Publishin
