Role Description The Accountant at Ordinaree will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing payroll data, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.



The role will also involve preparing financial reports, assisting with tax and compliance documentation, and maintaining accurate records aligned with local regulations and company policies. Collaboration with operations and management teams is expected to track costs, support inventory and production-related accounting, and provide financial insights for decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

Strong foundational accounting skills, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, and account reconciliation. Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (e. G., Tally, Quick Books, Excel, or similar tools). Knowledge of local tax regulations, compliance requirements, and statutory filings.
