What you'll do: Senior Cloud Monitoring Administrator in the Enterprise will be monitoring and managing IT systems across Windows, Linux, VMware, and Cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of ITIL processes,



robust technical expertise in SolarWinds for infrastructure monitoring, and hand-on with Splunk for log analysis and event correlation.
This is a 24x7 support role requiring proactive system monitoring, incident response, and adherence to ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. Exposure to AWS, TeamCity, and network fundamentals will be considered an added advantage.
Monitoring & Incident Management:
Act as a SolarWinds Administrator responsible for platform operations, configuration, and monitoring using NPM, SAM, NCM, UNDP, IPAM, and other modules.
Manage Solarwinds Application patching.
Design, tune, and manage SolarWinds alerts/Reports, thresholds, and notification policies.
Monitor end-to-end infrastructure health via SolarWinds dashboards, reports, and real-time views.
Perform first-line triage on SolarWinds alerts and take corrective actions to restore services.
Manage incident lifecycle following ITIL Inci
