Overview

The GIS Data QC Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of geospatial data within the utilities domain. This role involves performing data validation, quality control, and error rectification using Esri technologies, advanced geospatial tools, and FME.

Responsibilities

Perform quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) on geospatial datasets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Validate spatial and attribute data against predefined standards and business rules.
Identify, document, and rectify data errors, including topology issues, attribute mismatches, and projection inconsistencies.
Collaborate with GIS developers and analysts to implement data correction workflows.
