Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Lead to drive end-to-end development of machine learning solutions, lead a high-performing team, and deliver impactful AI initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers.
Build and deploy scalable ML/AI models and pipelines.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement AI solutions.
Oversee MLOps practices, model monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Identify AI use cases and drive technical strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

Solid expertise in ML/DL algorithms, NLP, computer vision.
Hands-on with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps tools.
Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
Knowledge of vector databases and transformer models.
