Zeraphos is hiring CareMates across India to provide in-home companionship visits for elderly clients. As a CareMate you will conduct scheduled visits covering medication reminders, companionship and conversation, wellbeing observation, light mobility assistance, and errands such as doctor accompaniment and pharmacy runs. You will log every visit through the Zeraphos app and your findings are shared with the family in real time. You are supported by a dedicated Care Coordination Manager who handles scheduling and coordination. Work is adaptable — you choose which visits to accept. Pay is competitive per visit with bonuses based on visit volume.
