Role Description The Linked In Outbound Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for driving lead generation and relationship-building through Linked In. On a day-to-day basis, this role includes identifying and qualifying target prospects, sending personalized connection requests and follow-up messages, and managing outbound campaigns using approved templates and tailored outreach.



The specialist will maintain and organize prospect lists, track engagement and responses, and collaborate with the internal team to refine messaging based on performance data. Additional responsibilities include monitoring Linked In activity, engaging thoughtfully with relevant posts, and reporting on key metrics such as response rates, booked calls, and pipeline growth. This role works closely with account managers and strategists to align outreach efforts with each client’s brand, tone, and goals.
