We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to our Bangalore team In this full time, in-office role, you’ll have the opportunity to create visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand message and connect with our audience. You’ll collaborate with various teams to bring compelling graphics to life for a range of projects

Key Responsibilities

Create eye-catching graphics for print, digital, and social media that captivate and engage
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing strategies
Design various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics that inform and inspire
Work on brand identity projects, crafting logos, typography, and color palettes to ensure a cohesive and memorable brand image
Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of your designs
Prepare and deliver final artwork for production,



ensuring all designs meet technical specifications and deadlines
Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine your designs and elevate the overall quality of our visual content

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3-4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, showcasing a diverse portfolio of projects
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Ability to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also effective in conveying our intended message
Excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
