Job Description
As a member of this team you would contribute to CDMS’s mission.
The successful candidate will: •Supervise & guide structural engineers and drafters and having full technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, execution complex assignments. •Prepare scope of work and budget estimates, and monitor progress. •Independently handling, decision making, communicating with other CoPs on the assigned projects. •Acts as mentor for Engineers & drafters •Forecast workload and schedules. •Develop structural design criteria for projects. •Analyze and design structures for water and wastewater treatment, and other facilities. •Prepare structural design calculations and check calculations. •Direct the development of structural drawings. Coordinate design with other disciplines. •Review or write specifications. Develop new specifications as needed. •Perform engineering services during construction, including review of shop drawing submittals and response to contracto
