Job Description • CDM Smith is seeking a Senior User Interface / User Experience Designer to join the Marketing Services Center team. This individual will support the design and development of user-centered digital experiences, internal tools, dashboards, interfaces, prototypes, and presentation-ready digital solutions that improve stakeholder engagement, workflow efficiency, and business communication across CDM Smith. • As a member of the MSC team, this role will contribute to user interface and user experience design for business applications, marketing technology initiatives, digital enablement tools, SharePoint-based solutions, proposal-support tools, AI-enabled workflows, internal communication platforms, and other digital experiences that support marketing, communications, operations, and cross-functional business teams. • The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, proactive collaborator, and detail-oriented designer with strong interest in modern d
