Talent Acquisition Leader | Day-to-Day
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for India aligned with global priorities and business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing TA team, ensuring consistent delivery of quality hires across functions and domains.
Partner with global and regional leaders to forecast hiring needs and implement workforce planning aligned with operational staffing and digital workforce initiatives.
Drive full-cycle recruitment for complex and niche roles, leveraging domain-led recruitment and global resourcing strategies.
Build and strengthen talent pipelines through market mapping, employer branding, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Optimize TA processes, too
