The incumbent will work in Heat Treatment department who monitors and operates SQF, Nitriding, carburizing, Induction Hardening, Shot Peening and Specimen preparation of Microstructure analysis.A Day in the life
To Monitor and operate SQF, Nitriding, carburizing, Induction Hardening, Shot Peening, Specimen preparation of Microstructure analysis.Knowledge on SAP Part delivery tracking & Failure identification and its trouble shootingCalibration of present work flow and designing of new workflowAcademic Qualification & Experience
Diploma. (Mech)Technical Skills/Knowledge
Strong understanding & Operation of SQF, Induction Hardening, carburising, Nitriding.• Knowledge of various heat treatment equipment, Materials and Metallurgy.• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Data evaluation skills, knowledge of tools Behavioural Skills
