Your Role
As a Vendor QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing technology solutions that address client challenges in the Vendor QA domain.



You’ll work closely with sales and delivery teams to shape proposals, contribute to solutioning, and support clients in adopting innovative, value-driven technologies.
In this role, you will:

Support USA daytime zone which is night time during India time zone.
Review and disposition (Approve/ Reject) supplier issues through PR process in iPLM and CQ (From Q2-2026) through PR Checklist.
Identify “Shipment risk” related Supplier PRs to mitigate through short term action and drive long term recovery plan.
Maintain PR process KPI based on priority of each PR.
Manage PR by collaborating with SCM, SBM and SE to meet PR quality requirement.
Support Commodity meetings and PG CFT meetings to check Risk mitigation through Deviation process.
Manage assigned suppliers in Electrical Commodities for any supplier issues.
Take PR process training in-person/ virtual for global suppliers across commodities to improve PR Submission FPY or new suppli
