Ensuring the procurement process is in line with company policies and procedures.
Identifying and selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with suppliers.
Managing the procurement budget and ensuring that procurement activities are aligned with the overall project budget.
Ensuring that procurement activities comply with local and international laws and regulations.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as engineers and HODs to identify procurement needs and requirements to ensure smooth functioning of plant.
Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Monitoring vendor performance and taking corrective actions as required.
Reporting on procurement performance to senior management and identifying areas for improvement.
Should be able to manage the entire cycle of P to P.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Proven expertise in managing big size CAPEX Preferably Greenfield project.
