To complete the project within stipulated time.
To verify the utilities required for the plant with due discussion with seniors.
Development Modification for repetitive problems
Cost - reduce maintenance spare cost and service cost, minimization of inventory
Development- Process development and energy saving projects

Route cause analysis of BD
Assign job to peer member as per priority based on daily meeting, pending job Break down maintenance of plant maintenance and utility.
