Make outbound calls to US insurers to follow up on unpaid/denied claims, analyse claim status, resolve discrepancies, refile or appeal claims, update billing systems, meet productivity targets, and ensure compliance with payer guidelines.
Required Candidate profile
1–2 years in AR Calling/US Healthcare RCM. Knowledge of claims, denials, CPT/ICD-10, EOB/ERA. Solid English. Must work US night shifts and be based in or relocate to Bangalore.
