Job Description:
We are hiring a agile Business Finance / FP&A; skilled to support financial planning, analysis, and business decision-making. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial insights and improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models
Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast)
Generate MIS reports and dashboards
Monitor revenue, cost, margins, and utilization
Support pricing, deal evaluation, and profitability analysis
Partner with business teams for financial performance tracking
Identify cost optimization opportunities
Required Skills:
Strong experience in FP&A; / Business Finance
Positive understanding of P&L;, revenue, and cost analysis
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
Experience in MIS reporting & variance analysis
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
