Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles
Ensure closures within defined SLA/TAT timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and local hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track progress.
Campus Hiring (ITI / Diploma / Engineering Colleges)
Plan and execute campus recruitment drives.
Coordinate with colleges for scheduling and logistics.
Conduct pre-placement talks and initial screening rounds.
Build and maintain relationships with institutes for future hiring.
Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with plant HR and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Provide regular updates on hiring status and challenges.
- Candidate Management
Ensure continuous engagement with candidates during selection and offer stage.
Support offer rollout and joining follow-ups.
Data & Reporting
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
MBA in HR with 2 to 5 years of solid exposure in recruitment
