You will be the on-ground execution engine, responsible for driving revenue growth and
retail presence across your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales across Tier 1, 2 & 3 cities.
Visit 4050 retailers and school partners weekly.
Ensure product placement & stock availability.
Work closely with distributors for order collection and payment follow-ups.
Build robust relationships with distributors & retailers, K8 schools & coaching centers, as well as teachers & education hubs.
Execute market mapping, promotions & current launches.
Track competitor activity and share insights.
What Success Looks Like
150–200 active retailers/partners per month.
Consistent reorder flow.
Strong beat coverage and market visibility.
Strong product knowledge.
Who Should Apply
2–10 years of business development or field sales experience.
Background in Books / Stationery / Education preferred.
Comfortable with extensive field travel.
Thrives in competitive and rapid paced markets.
Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
