Key Responsibilities
Vendor Database Management Build and maintain a robust vendor database across categories, ensuring diversity, reliability, and compliance.
Rate Card Development Create and update itemized rate cards for procurement in in-house applications to streamline purchase processes.
Cost Optimization Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality, leveraging negotiation and market benchmarking.
Timely Deliveries Ensure procurement cycles are completed within defined timelines, coordinating closely with vendors and internal teams.
