Global Eye Security Services India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day security operations across multiple client locations. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, excellent client management abilities, and hands-on experience in managing security personnel while ensuring compliance with statutory and company standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day security operations across multiple client sites.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and client meetings.
Ensure manpower availability, discipline, grooming, and compliance.
Handle incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with HR for attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.
Build robust client relationships and ensure high service quality.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate with 5+ years of experience in the security services industry.
Experience managing multiple sites and security teams.
Strong leadership, client handling, and communication skills.
Knowledge of PSARA, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
Proficient in MS Office.
Must be willing to travel within Bengaluru.
