Job Title : Senior HR Recruiter
Job Location : Bangalore
Work Timings : 12:30 PM to 9.30 PM IST
Qualification : Btech/MBA HR
Experience : 5-8years of relevant experience

Job Summary
The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for IT, BPO, KPO, and Finance domains positions across the Group and working closely with hiring managers to drive timely closures in a rapid-paced workplace. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role ideal for recruiters who thrive in a delivery-focused workplace.
Primary Responsibility:
Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
Source candidates through various recruitment and social media platforms
Attract/invite profiles through referral programs and personal networks.




Conduct initial screening and streamline the selection process in coordination with the hiring manager to conduct the skill-based assessments systematically for evaluating the technical competency of the applicants.
Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
Focus on the quality of hires while managing high volumes
Prepare and present recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and analytics to management.

Competency / Skills:
Prior experience of working in the BFSI/KPO/IT domain
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting
Being proactive and desiring to take ownership
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Well-versed with the various job portals, Social media, network sites, reference, headhunting, database, etc., for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Ability and willingness to learn and scale up skillset to the requirements of the organization.
