Osho Tools Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of tools under the Venus brand, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to strengthen our dealer and distribution network.

Role & responsibilities
Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory
Manage and grow relationships with distributors, dealers and retailers
Identify and appoint new channel partners in untapped markets
Conduct regular market visits and ensure strong product availability and visibility
Achieve monthly and annual sales, collection and market-expansion targets
Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market developments
Coordinate with the internal team for order execution, dispatches and payment follow-ups
Submit regular sales reports and market feedback

Preferred candidate profile:
Prior sales experience in the hand tools industry is mandatory




Strong existing relationships with hand-tool dealers and distributors will be preferred
Valuable knowledge of the assigned territory and its hardware market
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding dealer networks
Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Graduate in any discipline
