Role & responsibilities
Chip-level motherboard troubleshooting
SMD soldering and desoldering
IC, MOSFET, capacitor, resistor, diode, and transistor replacement
BIOS flashing and programming
Multimeter and DC power supply usage
Circuit tracing and schematic/board view reading
Laptop hardware diagnosis (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, etc.)
BGA rework (preferred)
ESD safety practices

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/ITI/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, or a related field.
25 years of experience in laptop chip-level repairing and motherboard troubleshooting.
Solid knowledge of electronic components such as ICs, MOSFETs, capacitors, resistors, diodes, transistors, and power circuits.
Hands-on experience with SMD soldering/desoldering,



BIOS programming, and motherboard repair.
Ability to read circuit diagrams, schematics, and board-view files.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as a digital multimeter, DC power supply, oscilloscope (preferred), soldering/rework station, and BIOS programmer.
Experience in repairing laptops from leading brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, and Apple (preferred).
Positive analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and turnaround time (TAT).
