Job Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Pega applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
Design scalable workflows, case management solutions, and enterprise integrations.
Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, guardrails, and performance standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
Drive end-to-end solution design using Pega PRPC/Pega Infinity.

Mandatory Skills
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) Mandatory
10+ years of IT experience with robust expertise in Pega
Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity / PRPC
Solid knowledge of Case Management, Decisioning, and Integrations (REST/SOAP)
Experience in system architecture and enterprise application design
Agile/Scrum methodology experience
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
