The GM - Projects shall be the key person to estimate the project cost, design construction strategy. The person will liaise & negotiate with Architect, Structural Engineer, MEP Consultant & principal Contractors , as per Management approval
Required Candidate profile
Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E or B. Tech in Civil Engineering
25 to 35 Years of relevant experience in Real Estate or Building construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office
