Santriya Technologies is hiring a Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyse complex datasets to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making for internal teams and client engagements.
The candidate will work across AI, business intelligence, and data engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Extract, clean, transform, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources using SQL, Python, and Excel
Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and anomalies
Support data requirements for AI and ML projects including feature engineering and data validation




Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data questions into analytical frameworks
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Maintain data quality, documentation, and data dictionaries for analytical datasets
Develop and automate regular reporting processes using Python or Power Automate
Support data governance initiatives and ensure analytical outputs meet accuracy and compliance standards
Work with data engineers to optimise data pipelines and warehouse structures for analytical use
Stay current with analytics tools, techniques, and best practices in data-driven organisations.
