Santriya Technologies is seeking an AI Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted technical advisor and relationship owner for enterprise AI clients.
The TAM will bridge client business goals with AI technical delivery, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage strategic technical relationships with enterprise and mid-market AI clients
Conduct regular business reviews, health checks, and technical roadmap sessions with client stakeholders
Translate client requirements into technical solutions with support from solution architects and delivery teams
Proactively identify adoption risks and develop mitigation plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams (implementation, data science, support) to resolve client issues
Track key account KPIs, usage metrics, and success milestones
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations on AI value realisation
Support upsell and cross-sell prospects by identifying expansion use cases
Manage client escalations and ensure SLA compliance
Maintain deep knowledge of Santriya Technologies'' AI product and service portfolio
Gather client feedback and relay insights to product and delivery teams.
