The candidate will leverage AI platforms to optimise campaigns, personalise outreach, and accelerate market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute AI-augmented growth marketing strategies across digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
Use AI tools such as HubSpot AI, Jasper, Copy.ai, Surfer SEO, and Persado to create and optimise marketing content at scale
Design and manage account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market prospects
Analyse marketing funnel data using GA4, HubSpot,



and Tableau to identify growth prospects and optimise conversion rates
Implement AI-driven personalisation strategies for website, email, and paid media campaigns
Develop thought leadership content, case studies, and AI use case collateral
Manage social media presence and community engagement with AI-assisted content creation
Collaborate with sales and BDR teams on lead scoring, nurturing, and pipeline acceleration
Track, report, and continuously optimise campaign performance against growth KPIs
Stay current with AI marketing innovations and apply emerging tools to improve marketing efficiency.
