Role & responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities(BOQs) for MEP works.
Support tendering activities, rate analysis, and bid submissions.
Monitor project budgets, cost control, and cash flow.
Manage contracts, variations, claims, and subcontract or billing.
Coordinate with site teams for measurements and progress verification.
Prepare project cost reports and financial summaries.
Identify cost-saving prospects through value engineering.
Ensure compliance with project specifications,contracts, and building standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Primavera/MS Project, and estimation software.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
410 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, Estimation, and Cost Control.
Experience handling large-scale construction or MEP projects is preferred.
