Role & responsibilities
Business Process Analysis, Application Design, Configuration, and Test Scenario Generation, Requirement gathering, Gap Analysis and mapping.
Software implementation and Training at client site.
Link between company and client as well as between client and developer.
Requirement gathering from client site for specific software.
Understanding the configuration of the software to address these requirements.
Preparation of data template, data collection and configuration in the software.
Troubleshooting any issues with either the data or software verification of the processes implemented as per client requirements.
Documenting the required information and data.

Preferred candidate profile
Should have Experience in ERP/CRM/ DMS.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills - the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level and tailor messages appropriately
Ability to discuss requirements with stakeholders and keep them informed about progress & challenges.
Ability to find ways to resolve issues and overcome challenges, highlight challenges & delays at right time to PMs.
Experience in SQL will be preferable.
