Role & responsibilities
Troubleshooting (Software, hardware, printer & application)
Network support L1 (knowhow of IP config, MAC binding, basic troubleshooting
Software and hardware installation, configuration, setup.
Inventory management (hardware and software)
Assist business in IT project rollouts.
AV, Security and Patch management.
Knowhow of OS installations (windows & macOS), configuration, policy deployment.
Maintain proper logs and records.
Ensure data backups and storage.
Knowledge on Access point / Firewall
Knowledge on basic network
Hardware knowledge ( Desktop/Laptop/Printer )
