Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled technology skilled to design, develop, and deliver high-quality digital solutions for global clients. The role involves you to provide L2 technical support for issue resolution, debugging, and minor enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Data fixes via SQL/PLSQL
Batch job issue analysis
Support integration debugging
Assist in report fixes (BI Publisher)
Support minor enhancements (APEX/APIs)
Log analysis and issue tracking
Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of SQL/PLSQL
Basic understanding of APIs (REST)
Willingness to work in AMS support model
Valuable to Have
Exposure to Oracle Retail preferred
