Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, or Alternative Investment Operations.
Strong understanding of Private Equity fund structures, partnership accounting, capital activities, investor accounting, and NAV preparation.
Experience with fund accounting platforms (e.g., Investran, eFront, Allvue, Yardi, Geneva, or similar)
Working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS financial reporting standards.
Solid understanding of capital calls, distributions, investment accounting, portfolio valuations, management fees, and carried interest.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, formulas, and data analysis).
Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and work effectively in a deadline-driven workplace.
