Role Objective
As the Regional Sales Manager for uPVC Windows & Doors in Chennai, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share for our premium uPVC vertical. You will act as a brand ambassador, developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders and leading a team to achieve assigned sales and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and collection targets for the uPVC division.
Project Sales & Business Development: Actively tap into project sales by building robust relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs) for lead generation.
Channel Management: Expand and manage the dealer and distributor network across the Chennai region to ensure high product penetration and retail visibility.
Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct "lunch and learn" sessions, technical seminars,



and networking events for architects and developers to promote the energy efficiency and technical advantages of NCL uPVC systems.
Operational Oversight: Assist the operations team in sales order processing, site mobilization (measurement/installation coordination), and payment follow-ups.
Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities (profiles and hardware), and pricing to maintain a competitive edge in the Chennai zone.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience: 10 to 15 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, specifically within the uPVC windows/doors or building materials industry (e.g., aluminium systems, glass, or hardware).
Education: MBA in Marketing or any Graduate degree.
Skills:
Fluency in English and the local language (Tamil)
Robust network within the Chennai architectural and construction community.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office for sales forecasting and reporting.
Attributes: Proactive, result-oriented, and self-driven with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
