Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical leadership and guidance on IT-related projects and initiatives.

Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders through transparent and concise reports.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve IT capabilities.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of IT strategy, technology management, and digital transformation concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and initiative.
Experience with IT service management frameworks and methodologies is desirable.
