What Youll Own / Responsibilities
Graphic Creation: Design high-impact marketing assets including social media collaterals, mailers, digital banners, and high-quality brochures.
Publication Design: Manage complex multi-page layouts and PDF jobs, focusing on professional pagination and typography.
Branding & Identity: Develop and refine visual components such as logos and brand guidelines across various media.
Asset Management: Ensure all designs are prepared for high-quality output and align with general accessibility basics.
Execution & Quality: Deliver pixel-perfect results under tight deadlines, maintaining high quality through quick, quality-driven decisions.

Must-have Skills & Experience
Foundational Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Visual/Graphic Design with a portfolio showcasing strong layout and typography skills.
Adobe Creative Suite:



Good knowledge in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects
Alternative Design Tools: Proficiency in the Affinity Suite (Photo, Designer, Publisher) and Canva.
UI Design Tool: Must have valuable command over Figma and its capabilities.
Visual Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex briefs into easy, elegant visual solutions.

Good-to-have
AI Enhancement: Practical knowledge of AI prompting and image generation tools.
Motion Basics: Basic familiarity with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for straightforward visual enhancements.
Digital Standards: General understanding of design systems and web accessibility basics.
