We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Skilled. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and leveraging AI-powered recruitment tools to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Preferred Experience
Experience hiring for BPO, ITES, Infrastructure Service, Managed Services, Product Support, Technical Support, Customer Support, and Technology roles.
Experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or other Generative AI tools for sourcing, candidate engagement, market mapping, job description creation, and recruitment productivity.
Experience in volume hiring and lateral recruitment.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven workplace.
