Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and demonstrate medical equipment at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Carry out preventive maintenance as per service schedules.
Attend breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution.
Perform calibration, testing, and validation of equipment.
Train doctors, nurses, and biomedical staff on equipment operation.
Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation.
Coordinate with the spare parts and technical support teams.
Generate AMC/CMC prospects and support service revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
Travel extensively to customer locations within the assigned territory.

Qualification
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Medical Electronics.
Experience
15 years in installation and servicing of medical equipment.
Freshers with robust technical knowledge may also be considered (if required).
