Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Python Automation Lead with strong expertise in ETL Testing, SQL, and Data Testing Automation. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking end-to-end ownership of designing, developing, and implementing a scalable Python-based Data Testing Automation Framework. This role requires robust technical leadership, hands-on coding expertise, and a valuable understanding of data validation processes within enterprise settings.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Data Testing Automation solutions using Python.
Build and maintain robust automation frameworks for ETL and data validation testing.
Perform end-to-end testing of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses.
Develop reusable automation scripts and utilities for data quality validation.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data reconciliation and verification.
Collaborate with Business, Development,



and QA teams to understand testing requirements and deliver automation solutions.
Drive automation strategy, best practices, and framework adoption across projects.
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on automation initiatives.
Ensure high standards of data integrity, quality, and test coverage.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Python Automation Development.
Expertise in ETL Testing, Data Warehouse Testing, and Data Validation.
Advanced SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries, joins, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
Experience in designing and implementing Data Testing Automation Frameworks.
Strong understanding of Database Testing concepts.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Securities Processing domains.
Knowledge of data migration, reconciliation, and reporting systems.
