Key Responsibilities:
Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK) modules.
Manage job requisitions, workflows, candidate applications, and offer management.
Integrate Recruiting with Employee Central, Onboarding, and job boards.
Use AI copilots for documentation, test case generation, and issue resolution.
Support end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams.
