Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities.
Develop and maintain supplier/vendor relationships.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Ensure optimum inventory levels and material availability.
Coordinate demand planning and forecasting with cross-functional teams.
Manage logistics, transportation, and distribution operations.
Monitor supplier performance and drive vendor development initiatives.
Identify cost-saving prospects and process improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and statutory requirements.
Prepare MIS reports, supply chain dashboards, and performance metrics.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience:
10-13years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management
Experience in manufacturing/Packaging / FMCG / e-commerce preferred
