Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design business rules for HRSD modules such as HR Case Management, Workforce Management, and Talent Acquisition.
Develop custom scripts using JavaScript to automate workflows and integrate with other systems through REST SOAP APIs.
Troubleshoot issues related to HRSD module configuration, data migration, and reporting.
