Key Missions
We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Security Analyst to strengthen our Enterprise Cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, Compliance, Firewall Security, Patch Management, Incident Response, and Security Governance.
This role requires an individual capable of independently managing cybersecurity operations while leading a team of security analysts and working closely with infrastructure, cloud, application, and business teams.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day cybersecurity operations.
Monitor organizational security posture.
Investigate and respond to security incidents.
Perform security risk analysis.
Drive continuous security improvements.
Coordinate with IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams.
Leadership Responsibilities
Lead a team of 4 to 5 Security Analysts
Review investigation quality
Allocate daily work
Conduct technical mentoring
Coordinate cross-functional activities
Manage security projects
Track deliverables
Ensure SLA adherence
Drive ownership and accountability
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in Enterprise Cybersecurity.
Experience leading security teams.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
