Requirements and Skills:
Prior experience in a clinical laboratory preferred
Proficiency in phlebotomy and routine laboratory procedures
Experience in laboratory equipment handling, quality control, and documentation
Basic computer skills and familiarity with laboratory reporting systems
Valuable communication and Interpersonal skills
Ability to independently manage day-to-day laboratory operations
Solid attention to detail, accuracy, and qualified ethics
Candidates residing in or near Kakkanad preferred
Immediate availability will be an advantage
Qualification: B.Sc. MLT
Female candidates preferred
