Role & responsibilities
Hands-on experience in Oracle Goal Management, Performance Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Oracle HCM Cloud.
Experience in configuration, implementation, and support of HCM modules.
Ability to understand business requirements and provide functional solutions.
Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and integration between HCM modules.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
