Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with 810 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and production support. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of 2D programming, CNC machining processes, cycle-time optimization, and manpower handling.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CNC programs, particularly 2D programming.
Prepare, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs according to production requirements.
Optimize machining parameters to improve productivity and quality.
Analyze and reduce machine cycle time while maintaining accuracy.
Handle and coordinate CNC operators and production manpower.
Monitor machine performance and resolve programming-related issues.




Improve production efficiency and minimize machine downtime.
Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools, and manpower.
Coordinate with the production and engineering teams for smooth operations.
Maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion of production targets.
Identify process improvements and implement cost-effective machining solutions.

Requirements
8–10 years of relevant experience as a CNC Programmer.
Excellent knowledge of 2D CNC Programming.
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling.
Experience in cycle-time reduction and process optimization.
Valuable manpower handling and team coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage production requirements efficiently.
