Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL.
Build AI-powered agents, topics, instructions, prompts, and actions using Agentforce capabilities.
Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise applications.
Develop REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
Configure and optimize workflows, security, sharing rules, and automation.
Create and maintain Einstein Prompt Builder templates and AI use cases.
Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure scalable implementations.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Stay updated with Salesforce AI, Agentforce, and Data Cloud advancements.
Required Skills
Solid experience in Salesforce Development.
Hands-on expertise in:
Apex
LWC (Lightning Web Components)
SOQL/SOSL
Salesforce Flows
REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
Understanding of AI-powered customer service and automation solutions.
Robust debugging and problem-solving skills.
