Development Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain BizTalk integrations and middleware solutions.
Develop and support:
Schemas (XSD)
Maps
Orchestrations
Pipelines
Business Rules Engine (BRE)
Custom .NET Components
Develop interfaces using:
SOAP and REST APIs
WCF Services
FTP/SFTP
SQL Adapters
SAP Adapters
File-based integrations
Perform unit testing and integration testing of developed solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
Support application enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimization initiatives.
Prepare technical design documents and deployment documentation.
Support Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for BizTalk settings.
Monitor BizTalk applications, interfaces, queues, and integrations.
Analyze and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
Troubleshoot failed transactions and perform message resubmission activities.
Support deployment and release management activities.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend permanent fixes.
Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application teams for issue resolution.
Participate in on-call support rotations as required.
